The Amarine Made 4 Step Ladder is designed for under-platform use, allowing it to stow easily and compactly. This ladder is ideal for installations under swim platforms or under the deck on the bow or side of pontoon boats. With its spring-loaded self-locking feature, the ladder stows compactly within its own length, eliminating the need for Velcro straps, bungee cords, and rubber straps. The carry handle makes it easy to fold and unfold the ladder.

Mounting Instructions: 1. Choose the most suitable side of your transom platform for mounting the ladder. 2. Locate a place where the ladder will not interfere with the turning of the motor or be near the propeller. 3. Position the mounting bracket with the ladder in the area to be attached. 4. Mark the eight mounting holes of the bracket onto the deck surface. 5. Drill the eight marked holes using a suitable drill bit. 6. Mount the ladder in place by holding the bracket up to the platform and inserting the mounting screws. Secure the ladder with fasteners (not provided, as installations vary).

Safety Guidelines: - No jumping or diving. - Do not use when the motor is running. - This ladder is designed for boat use only. - Face the ladder when entering the boat or water. - Only one person on the ladder at a time. - Check all steps and hardware before using. - Never operate the boat with the ladder in the "down" position, as it may result in serious injury or damage.

The tube thickness varies from 1.5 inches at the top to 0.75 inches at the bottom. When folded, the ladder is 18.5 inches in length and 11.8 inches in width.
